Cancellation Policy

Sessions and services cannot be cancelled. A cancellation will be processed as a no-show. RESCHEDULING (i) Rescheduling a coaching session is permitted if it occurs until 24 hours before the start of the meeting. (ii) Within 24 hours prior to the coaching session, rescheduling is only possible if a Rescheduling Fee is requested and paid before it officially starts. NO-SHOWS and LATE START (i) If a client is a no-show and no prior coordination is made, the session will be counted as taken and no rescheduling will be possible. (ii) If a client is late to a session, it will be the Coach's call to extend the session if possible or to leave it as is. In case an extension is not possible, the client will only receive the remainder time without the possibility of claiming over the lost time due to tardiness. TRANSFERABILITY (ONLY APPLICABLE FOR 1-ON-1 COACHING) (i) While cancelling and refunds are not possible, purchased services may be transferable to another individual in case the service is no longer desired by the starting client. (ii) By proceeding to transfer their service rights to this new client, the old client will lose all rights to the service and will no longer be able to receive that service for themselves. (iii) The new client will need to sign a virtual form claiming awareness of the implications of receiving the rights to the service, while the old client will sign a virtual form claiming the renouncing of their rights to the service. (iv) TRANSFERABILITY is a one-time possibility. In case the gifting client were to purchase a new service, this or any other service purchased hence forth will not be applicable for transfer. (v) A new client who has received the rights of a service through TRANSFERABILITY will not be able to transfer their rights to that service to any new prospective client.
