V.I.P. Program : Victim Into Power (1)

The VICTIM INTO POWER (V.I.P.) PROGRAM is a two-month immersive, interactive and intensive program that will support you in:

1. Acknowledging WHEN, HOW and WHY you resort to a VICTIM MINDSET
2. Understanding WHICH EMOTIONAL WOUNDS you need to HEAL WITHIN YOU and HOW
3. Practicing the INNER and EXTERNAL PROCESSES for SELF EMPOWERMENT
4. Embodying a V.I.P PRACTICE to live a REWARDING LIFE and THRIVING RELATIONSHIPS.

The V.I.P. Program is currently facilitated and coached by J.C. MANNING. 

J.C. MANNING is a practicing Ontological Life Coach, Leadership Coach, Integral Coach and Facilitator, and Transformational Coach and Trainer. The program is the result of a carefully selected integration of different theories and practices that will enrich and expand the participant's overall understanding and bestow a varied array of possibilities and results.

The program consists of the following academic and practical hours:

• 5 LIVE LESSONS (2 HOURS EACH)
• 4 PRERECORDED LESSONS (30 MINUTES EACH)
• 4 COACHING SESSIONS (1 HOUR EACH)
• 9 HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS (2 HOURS OF WORK EACH)
• 3 COHORT DISCUSSIONS (1.5-2 HOURS EACH)

40+ HOURS OF ACTIVE LEARNING AND PERSONAL GROWTH!

The schedule of the program is as follows:

• WEEKS 1, 3, 5, 7 and 8 will have LIVE LESSONS (Virtually - Via Zoom App)
• WEEKS 2, 4, 6, 8 will have PRERECORDED LESSONS
• WEEKS 2, 4, 6, 8 will have COACHING SESSIONS
• ALL WEEKS will have HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS
• WEEKS 3, 5 and 7 will have COHORT DISCUSSIONS

All times will follow the PST Time-Zone and the Program is intended to be an AFTER WORK HOURS experience.

Everyone is welcome to enroll. However, lessons WILL be taught in English. Coaching sessions can be in either English or Spanish.

At the Program's end, a certificate of participation and culmination will be mailed* (or emailed) to the GRADUATE, as long as all Homework Assignments are delivered on time. (In case there are any assignments pending, the certificate will remain on-hold until the assignments are turned in).
