Emotional Energy Exploration (E3) Journey (1)

Emotional Exploration is a 5 session program, facilitated weekly each Monday for a whole month.

The program is facilitated through in-person live interactive webinars starting 6PM PST and ending 8PM PST.

The program will touch on the following topics:

- Emotions and their connection with our language and our physical body.

- The nature of emotions and the possibilities that come from connecting with them.

- A deeper knowledge of how our own emotional body works.

- Learning to identify our Basic Emotions.

- Learning to be at peace with our emotions.

- Learn how to create inner emotional shifts.

At the end of the program you will receive a digital diploma of participation.

Limited to 24 participants.

The webinars will take place through a Zoom Video Call. For this you must sign up for free on Zoom.
